12-Pepper Roasted Garlic

A zesty but mellow blend of peppers and spices. Can be used as a marinade or sprinkle on meats and poultry or for grilling fish for that extra tang!

Cajun

A blend of peppers (including black, white, cayenne & ancho) and spices. This seasoning can be used for sautéed, grilled or roasted meats and seafood, or any dish you want to add a “Cajun” kick to.

Canadian Grille

Our version of Montreal Steak Seasoning – Rub into steaks, burgers or game before grilling or roasting. Makes a great red meat marinade or seasoning. This seasoning is also good on potatoes, vegetables, fish and chicken.

Chicken & Pork Blend

Sweet pepper flavor with garlic, lemon and salty undertones. Liberally season chicken or pork prior to smoking or slow roasting. May also be used as a seasoning for sauté or grilling.

Chile Lime

Experience the up-front tang of natural lime flavor followed by a mellow bite of chilies, finished with select herbs and a touch of sweetness. Try it on grilled fish, roast duck or poultry. Also great as a marinade for red meat.

Fajita

Herb pepper flavor with smoky garlic undertones. Use to season ground beef for tacos or as a marinade for fajita meats and vegetables.

Fort Calgary Steak Rub

An homage to what we think they may have served on a buffalo steak at Fort Calgary… Marinade or sprinkle onto meats (maybe buffalo?!) and seafood before grilling, sautéing or smoking.

Garlic Cracked Pepper

A blend of black pepper and garlic, mellowed with sweet onion. A great blend for all purpose seasoning of burgers, ground beef and meat loaf. Sprinkle on chicken, beef, pork and lamb for grilling.

Jamaican Jerk

With large flecks of herbs, spicy peppers and sweet baking spices – use in applications where a Caribbean influenced flavor is desired. Rub into or marinade meats and seafood before grilling, sautéing or smoking.

Lemon Pepper

The natural flavor of this spice blend, lemon and black pepper, is great for preparing poultry, fish, meats and vegetables. Try it in dressings or marinades.

Old Texas BBQ

Use this sweet and slightly spicy barbecue seasoning on steaks, pork, chicken, burgers or ribs for the flavor of the Old Southwest.

Parmesan Peppercorn

A blend of cracked pepper and cheese enhanced with garlic and onion. Great to sprinkle on pasta dishes. Use as a topping for salads, rice and vegetables.

Rotisserie Roast Blend

A sweet and salty blend with strong flavors of paprika and light smoke nuances. Marinade or season chicken or turkey prior to cooking where a rotisserie style flavor is desired.

Sundried Tomato Pesto

A fully seasoned, chunky, herb infused dried tomato that can be used in pasta, sauces, soups and breads (before baking), as well as any food preparations where an Italian style tomato flavor is desired.

Whiskey Sage

Made with whiskey! Use in applications where a bourbon whiskey, herbal, salty, garlic flavor is desired. Great for seasoning chicken or other meats prior to cooking.

Wine Country Roast Blend

This Italian-style blend has a medium granular texture of leafy, green herbs with additional flavors of garlic, salt and pepper undertones. Rub into whole chicken and large cuts of pork before slow roasting. Also works sprinkled on chicken breasts and pork chops for grilling.
