This classic sauce has a reputation for being labor intensive and often challenging. Five Star®, however, has created a sauce which has the traditional flavor profile of egg, butter, lemon and seasonings, with the benefit of easy preparation. Unlike other hollandaise products, the first ingredient in Five Star’s sauce is egg yolk instead of fillers, giving you a cost effective, premium product.
Five Star® Hollandaise Sauce Prep has a clear advantage over traditional hollandaise sauce since curdling and separation are eliminated and a satiny finish and full bodied flavor are consistent.
