Effective January 1, 2012, Teresa Weber has been promoted to Chief Financial officer for JMH International, LLC. Teresa's outstanding performance over the years, as well as her personal pursuit of higher education has made this an easy decision for JMH. It is our great pleasure to welcome Chef Michael Martir to the JMH International Family!
Prior to forming Total Menu Solutions, Chef Martir was the Global Director of Culinary Services and Business Development for Smithfield Foods. Throughout his professional career, Michael has worked with many notable chefs such as Charlie Trotter, Julia Child and Jean-Louis Pallidan.
Chef Martir's specialty is the development of products for retail and foodservice as well as the utilization of products in high-end resorts and hotels and executing special events nationwide.
Michael will Join our Staff January 1st as Culinary Executive Chef and will report to Kevin Kowalski; President of JMH International.
