JMH INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES PHASE II FACILITIES EXPANSION

Park City, UT; May 19, 2010 -- JMH International, a leader in intermediate flavor

ingredient system technologies, announced today the completion of Phase II of their

facilities expansion.

JMH opened their manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City in 2007. After operating

less than two years, JMH completed their first expansion. The completion of Phase II

collectively doubles the original plant size.

Executive Officer of the Company. "JMH is positioned for increased production, greater

manufacturing capabilities and expanded research & development." Mellecker went

on to say that the enhanced capacity and flexibility of their facility allows JMH to develop

and manufacture many exciting new specialty retail and foodservice products.
