Fresh Apple (thin sliced in lemon water)

JMH®Glace de Viande, prepare according to package directions |
Directions (Makes approximately 32 oz.):
1.Place butter in a small pan. Add onions and cook briefly.
2. Add vinegar and apple concentrate. Cook for 5 minutes on medium to high heat or until reduced by half.
3. Add JMH® Glace de Viande. Bring to boil and cook 5 - 10 minutes.
4. Add apple and cook briefly. |
