Chicken Noodle Soup

1-1/2 cups

1/2 cup

1 whole

1-1/2 cups

4 oz.

1 Tbsp.

Approx. 1 lb.

Water

Carrots, sliced thin

Onion, diced

Bayleaf

Celery, diced

Noodles (pre-cooked)

Parsley

Chicken (pre-cooked) - 1/2 whole chicken, skinless and boneless

 

Directions (Serves 6 - 8):

1. Place water, vegetables, bayleaf and base in stockpot and bring to boil.

2. Simmer for 16 - 18 minutes ensuring vegetables are tender.

3. Add parsley, chicken and noodles.

4. Bring to simmer and serve.
