Dry Mustard
Red Wine Vinegar
Sour Cream
Directions (Serves 4 - 6):
1. In a mixing bowl add sugar, dry mustard and red wine vinegar. Mix thoroughly to completely dissolve mustard.
2. Add hollandaise sauce and sour cream; blend thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate for two hours prior to serving.
