Lobster Sauce
Enjoy offering this delicious sauce which takes just minutes to prepare.

1/4 cup
16 ounces
JMH® Clarified Lobster Stock
Butter, unsalted
Basil Leaves, chopped
Heavy Cream
Directions (Makes 16 ounces):
1. In a saucepan, melt butter then add basil leaves.
2. Add lobster base and stir well.
3. Add cream and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Keep warm until ready to serve.
