Pico de Gallo Salsa with Avocado

Cherry Tomatoes

Cilantro, chopped fine

Lime, freshly squeezed

Red Onion

Jalapeño Pepper, split, seeded and finely diced

Olive Oil

Ketchup

Garlic, finely chopped

Five Star® Fajita Rub

Five Star® Chili Lime Seasoning

Five Star® Ancho Chili Paste

Black Pepper

Avocados, ripened

Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

 

Directions (Serves 4 - 6):

1. Cut tomatoes in 1/4 cubes and place in large bowl.

2. Add garlic, onion, jalapeño and cilantro.

3. Add ketchup and seasoning with a wooden spoon or spatula.

4. Add olive oil and lime juice.

5. Just prior to serving, seed and slice avocado and dice into large cubes. Add lemon juice and toss lightly with tomato mixture.
