Directions (Serves 4 - 6):
1. Cut tomatoes in 1/4 cubes and place in large bowl.
2. Add garlic, onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
3. Add ketchup and seasoning with a wooden spoon or spatula.
4. Add olive oil and lime juice.
5. Just prior to serving, seed and slice avocado and dice into large cubes. Add lemon juice and toss lightly with tomato mixture. |
