Directions (Makes 6 - 8 servings):
1. Combine all ingredients with the exception of the Glace de Viande in a saucepan.
2. Heat and reduce until approximately 2.5 fl. oz. of reduction is left.
3. Reduce heat and add Glace de Viande.
4. Whisk until well mixed.
5. Strain out finished product through fine mesh strainer. |
