Directions (Serves 6 - 8):
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and whisk until smooth.
2. Heat on medium, stirring with spoon.
3. Simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Pour into ramekins and chill 6 hours.
5. Before serving, caramelize a thin layer of sugar with a kitchen torch or under a double broiler. Sprinkle with finely ground nuts, if desired, and serve. |
