1/2 Tbsp.

1/4 fresh

Mayonnaise

Ketchp

Capers

Horseradish

Relish

Dry Mustard

Cilantro, chopped

Honey

Vinegar

Lime Juice

Lemon Juice

Directions (Makes 10 servings)):

1. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in bowl. Whisk until completely blended.

2. Add capers, dry mustard, horseradish, cilantro, honey, vinegar, lemon and lime juice. Mix well.

3. Add JMH Chipotle Base, mix thoroughly and serve with Pan Seared Crab Cake
