Iceberg Lettuce, cut into wedges

Avocado, diced

Oven Dried Tomatoes, chopped

Artichoke Hearts, cut in 1/4"

Hearts of Palm, cut in 1" slices

Red Onion, thinly sliced

Black Forest Ham, finely julienned

Crushed Salad Croutons

Celery Hearts

 

Directions (Serves 4 - 6):

1. Place iceberg wedge in center of plate. Start by building with hearts of palm, artichokes, avocado, oven-dried tomato, julienne ham, clery hearts, croutons and red onions.

2. Dress liberally with ranch dressing.
